Most questions are answered by the screen that holds the answer. Here is where each one lives.
Your account and sign-in
Account Settings is where you change your email preferences, review the devices currently signed in and revoke any you do not recognise, turn on multi-factor authentication, and request a copy of your account data.
If you cannot sign in, use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in page. Password changes, email verification, and security alerts always send by email even when every optional message is switched off, so check there first.
You can pause your account or delete it from Account Settings. Pausing erases nothing and is fully reversible; deleting starts a 30-day grace period during which signing back in cancels it.
Open Account SettingsSigning requests
A signing request is a round trip: you send an item you already own to a verified Icon, they sign it, and it comes back to you with a certificate. The request screen prices the journey and takes the delivery details before you pay.
An Icon can accept or decline. What happens to your payment in each case is stated on the order itself, which is the record of where things stand at any moment.
Pack the item securely in a rigid box with protection suited to it, and hand the parcel to USPS in good condition. Once it is with the carrier, transit wear is outside what Fanographs can be responsible for — the Terms and Conditions set this out, and the Icon Agreement places the matching duty on the Icon for the time your item is with them.
Start a signing requestOrders and delivery
Every order has its own screen showing the current stage, the tracking for each leg of the journey, and the invoice. Start there before contacting anyone — it is updated as the parcel moves.
Delivery updates arrive by email. SMS alerts are off unless you switch them on for a mobile number you have verified, and you can turn them off again at any time.
Your delivery address and phone number are visible only to you and to the fulfilment step of an order you have placed.
View your ordersCertificates and authenticity
A completed signing produces a certificate recording what was signed, by whom, and when. It stays with the item in your collection and can be looked up by its identifier.
Anyone can verify a certificate without an account, which is the point: the person you might one day pass the item to can confirm it independently.
Find a certificateSelling as an Icon
Icons apply, verify their identity, and accept the Icon Agreement before publishing. Verification material is held apart from the public profile, encrypted, and readable only by an authorised Admin through a route that records every access.
Studio is where an Icon manages listings, signing requests, experiences, payouts, and their own account settings.
Still need help
If your question is about a specific order, have the order open in front of you: its screen carries the reference and the current stage, which is what any answer will start from.
A direct support contact route is being set up and will be published here. Until it is, the screens above are the fastest way to see the current state of anything on your account.
