Fanographs

Terms and Conditions

Effective August 31, 2026

1. What these terms cover

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fanographs — browsing the platform, holding a Fan or Icon account, requesting signings, buying memorabilia and experiences, and sending or receiving items. By creating an account you agree to them, together with the Fanographs Privacy Policy.

Icons are additionally bound by the Fanographs Icon Agreement, which they review and accept separately in their Studio. Where that agreement is more specific about Icon activity, it governs for Icons.

2. Your account

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live and that the details you give us — your name and email address — are accurate and your own.

Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. Security messages such as email verification, password changes, and sign-in alerts always send; they are not preferences.

3. Privacy and your data

Everything beyond your name and email is optional. A delivery address and phone number are asked for by the order that actually needs them, and your address and phone number are visible only to you and to the fulfilment step of an order you have placed. They are never part of a public profile and never used in marketing.

Fanographs never stores card numbers. Payment happens on our payment provider's own hosted page, and no card number, security code, or chargeable token is ever persisted by Fanographs.

SMS delivery alerts are off until you explicitly turn them on for a verified number, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in Account Settings. Optional emails can be switched off there too.

You can request a copy of your account data from Account Settings, and you can deactivate or delete your account there as well. Records of completed transactions may be retained where the platform is required to keep them.

Personal information you learn about an Icon through an order may be used only to receive that order. It is not yours to publish or pass on.

4. Orders and payment

The price, fees, and delivery details of a signing request, purchase, or experience booking are shown before you pay. Payment is collected by our payment provider on its hosted page.

An Icon may accept or decline a signing request. What happens to your payment in each outcome is shown on the order itself, and the order screen is the record of where things stand.

5. Shipping your item to an Icon

When you send an item to be signed, you are responsible for packing it securely — in a rigid box with protection suited to the item — and for handing the parcel to USPS safely and in good condition.

Once the parcel is with the carrier, Fanographs is not responsible for wear and tear of the package or its contents during shipment. Choose packaging that can make the round trip.

While your item is in an Icon's hands, the Icon Agreement places the matching duty on them: to open and handle your package carefully, to cover wear and tear caused during signing, and to provide a replacement box if the packaging is damaged on opening.

6. Conduct

You agree to treat Icons and other users with respect, and not to use Fanographs to harass anyone, to post unlawful or hateful material, to misrepresent an item, or to solicit contact or payment outside the platform for a Fanographs order.

Fanographs may suspend or close an account used in breach of these terms. Where the problem can be corrected, we will say how.

7. Liability and changes

Fanographs provides the platform as-is and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Fanographs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

When these terms change, this page is updated and the version you agreed to at signup is kept on record. Continuing to use Fanographs after a change means the current terms apply. If something goes wrong, contact support first — most problems are resolved fastest that way.
